These terms cover the TaleBit website and the owner-operated TaleBit Local Publisher.
About TaleBit
TaleBit creates and distributes original short-form stories using original gameplay and locally produced media. TaleBit Local Publisher is an owner-operated publishing tool, not a public upload service.
Website use
You may view and link to the public TaleBit website for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, its security, or connected platform services.
Accounts and authorization
Only the TaleBit account owner may authorize social accounts for use with TaleBit Local Publisher. Platform access is limited to the permissions shown during the platform's official consent process and may be revoked at any time.
Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, TaleBit stories, game footage, visual design, audio, captions, and branding are owned by TaleBit. Viewing the website does not grant a license to republish, sell, or impersonate TaleBit content.
Platform rules
Use of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok remains subject to each platform's terms, community guidelines, developer policies, and technical limits. TaleBit does not claim control over platform availability or enforcement decisions.
No guarantee
The website and publishing tool are provided as available. TaleBit does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, audience reach, monetization, or continued access to any third-party platform.
Changes
These terms may be revised as the studio and its publishing systems evolve. Continued use of the public website after an update means the revised terms apply.
